- Pregnancy specific pelvic stability
- Pelvic Floor strengthening
- Breathing drills
- Overall body strengthening
- Labor preparation exercises
What equipments do I need?
- Yoga mat
- Theraband (Long resistance band)
- Swiss Ball/Birth Ball.

Trimester 1 - Builds your foundation
Trimester 2 - Focuses on Strength and Stabilization
Trimester 3 - Prepare you for labor, opening the pelvis and releasing the pelvic floor!
