Postnatal Care / Postpartum Program
Join our post partum rehabilitation / postnatal care program and start your recovery after birth. Available as early as Day 1 after birth for vaginal delivery or week 4 / week 6 after birth for cesarean. This program uses gradual and progressive movement sessions to rehabilitate / recover your pelvic floor.
Goals of this program?
- Feel confident, supported & safe as you navigate your recovery from vaginal birth and cesarean section.
- Provide guidance on how to rebuild your core strength and pelvic floor function after birth.
- Realign you body and reset your foundation so you can return to fitness programming.
What kind of exercises could I do?
- Breathing drills
- Spinal mobility movements
- Pelvic strengthen & mobility movement.
- Recovery based core strengthening.
- Restore upper and lower body strength.
What equipment do I need?
- Yoga mat
- Long Theraband
- Set of Dumbell (1kg or 2kg)
